Tooth transposition can be considered as a challenge in the correction of a malocclusion. DA dental transposition is an uncommon pathology affecting 0.4% of the population. Unilateral transposition of a maxillary canine with a lateral incisor can be treated by reversing the positions of the transposed tooth positions or by maintaining the initial inverted position.
