Biopharmaceuticals or medicines deduced from the natural sources find its roots in the traditional microbial processes. Further than three decades ago the recombinant DNA technology and hybridomatechnology were developed using microbes and introduced to the pharmaceutical world. These technologies enabled large scale product of biopharmaceuticals. Biopharmaceutical assiduity began in the time 1980 and the Escherichia coli played an important part in the artificial product of recombinant proteins and plasmid DNA for colorful remedial operations.
