Arthritis is a common and debilitating condition affecting millions of people worldwide. While pharmacological treatments are commonly employed to manage pain and inflammation, physiotherapy has emerged as a crucial nonpharmacological intervention for improving the quality of life and functional capacity of arthritis patients. This research article provides a comprehensive review of the role of physiotherapy in the treatment and management of arthritis, encompassing various modalities and techniques used in clinical practice.
