During the growing years, body needs calcium to build strong bones. The feet are flexible structures of bones, joints, muscles, and soft tissues that let us stand upright and perform activities like walking, running, and jumping. Stress fracture is a small crack in bone. Stress fracture usually occurs in the people who change their regular activities. The main cause of stress fractures is sudden increase in physical activity. Many other factors which cause stress fracture are bone insufficiency, improper technique, improper equipment.
