Apoptotic Cell Death in Neurodegenerative Disorders Current Perspectives

This article delves into the current perspectives on the involvement of apoptotic cell death in various neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Apoptosis, a regulated form of cell death, plays a pivotal role in the progression of these disorders, contributing to the loss of neurons and subsequent decline in neurological function.
